2.资格标准：
分油机型式为离心式。
分油机橇需按照《海上固定平台安全规则》 (略) 设计、制造、认证和检验。投标人应委托国家安全生产 (略) 海洋石 (略) （COOOSO） (略) （ABS，Lloyd’s，DNV，CCS，BV）对分油机橇 (略) 检验并获得检验证书。

Project: CFD6-4 OIL FIELD AREA DEVELOPMENT ENGINEERING PROJECT

1.            CNCCC International Tendering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called “Tendering Agent”), for and on behalf of CNOOC China Limited (herinafter called "Purchaser") invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of following equipment:

Overview: The development project includes relying on NB * -2 oilfield to build a new 8-leg central platform with wellhead ( * well slots, 8 single wells and double wells, * wells can be drilled; * people's living quarters), laying a new 8-kilometer double-layer insulated oil pipeline from CFD6-4CEPA to NB * -2CEP, a * .5-kilometer composite submarine cable and fluid in the center. After the platform is processed into qualified crude oil, it is transported to NB * -2CEP by newly built submarine pipeline, and with qualified crude oil of NB * -2CEP, it is transported to "Century" FPSO for storage and transportation. The separated production water and source well water are directly injected back into the formation after CEPA is qualified. CEPA consists of two * 0 kW main power stations, which are connected by submarine composite cables and NB * -2 CEP.

2.         Qualification Requirements:
The Diesel Separator shall be centrifugal type.
The Diesel Separator Skid shall be designed, manufactured, certified and tested in accordance with the requirements of Safety Rules for Offshore Fixed Platform Issued by State Economic & Trade Commission. PRC (SETC). Supplier shall at his own cost arrange inspection and obtain inspection compliance certificate of the Diesel Separator Skid from one of the certifying agencies authorized by COOOSO, which are ABS, LIoyd's, DNV,CCS，BV.
The Diesel Separator Skid provided by BIDDER shall be the mature products of the
manufacturers,the newly trial products would not been accepted. Since in recent * years to
the bid deadline, the products(Same type of diesel separator, Capacity≥ * m3/h) provided
by BIDDER shall have at least 2 projects of two years or more of successful performance
(from the date of commissioning acceptance report or the certificate issued by the user) on
the offshore oil platform or FPSO. The BIDDER shall provide the relevant supporting
documents (contract and commissioning acceptance report or contract and the effective
certificate issued by the user).
